What areas do you serve?
We provide same-day courier and package delivery across Broward County, Florida. That includes Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Parkland, Weston, Pompano Beach, Deerfield Beach, and 16 other cities. Enter your pickup and drop-off addresses on our quote page to confirm coverage.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate 7 days a week. Monday-Friday: 7AM-9PM, Saturday: 8AM-6PM, Sunday: 9AM-5PM.
How do I contact customer support?
You can reach us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. We typically respond within 1 hour during business hours.

Orders & Delivery

How do I place an order?
You can place an order through our website using the Get Quote page, through the customer portal, or by calling us directly.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the service you choose: Standard Same-Day delivers within 4-8 hours, Rush gets it there in 90 minutes or less, and our vertical services (Legal, Medical, Cargo Van, Notary) run same-day with windows tailored to that service.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
Yes! You can schedule deliveries for future dates and specify preferred time windows when placing your order.
What items can you deliver?
We deliver packages, documents, food, groceries, and most legal items. We cannot deliver hazardous materials, illegal items, or extremely fragile items without special arrangements.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page with your order number, or log into your customer portal to see real-time updates on all your deliveries.

Pricing & Payment

How is the delivery price calculated?
Every YDS price is published on the site. Standard Same-Day is $19 flat for the first 5 miles, then $25 plus $2 per mile. Rush is $45 plus $2.50 per mile. Legal, Medical, Cargo Van, and Notary are flat-rate services with all-in pricing shown on the services page. We never add hidden after-hours, weekend, or fuel surcharges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery for select orders. Business accounts can also pay via invoice.
Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
Yes! We offer promo codes, loyalty discounts, and special rates for business accounts with regular delivery needs.
Can I get an invoice for my delivery?
Yes, invoices are automatically generated for all orders and can be downloaded from your customer portal or emailed to you.

Account & Security

How do I create an account?
Visit our Customer Portal and click "Create Account". You'll need your name, email, phone number, and a password.
Is my personal information secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password.
Can I save multiple delivery addresses?
Yes! In your customer portal, go to Profile and you can add, edit, and set default addresses for faster ordering.
