We operate 7 days a week. Monday-Friday: 7AM-9PM, Saturday: 8AM-6PM, Sunday: 9AM-5PM.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the service level you choose: Standard (2-6 hours), Express (2-4 hours), or Rush (1-2 hours).
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
Yes! You can schedule deliveries for future dates and specify preferred time windows when placing your order.
What items can you deliver?
We deliver packages, documents, food, groceries, and most legal items. We cannot deliver hazardous materials, illegal items, or extremely fragile items without special arrangements.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track Order page with your order number, or log into your customer portal to see real-time updates on all your deliveries.

How is the delivery price calculated?
Pricing is based on: base fee (depends on service level), distance (per mile rate), package size, and a small service fee. Use our quote calculator for instant estimates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery for select orders. Business accounts can also pay via invoice.
Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
Yes! We offer promo codes, loyalty discounts, and special rates for business accounts with regular delivery needs.
Can I get an invoice for my delivery?
Yes, invoices are automatically generated for all orders and can be downloaded from your customer portal or emailed to you.
