These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, mobile-web app, and delivery services operated by Your Delivery Services (“YDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with operations based in Broward County, Florida. By placing an order, creating an account, listing a business, or applying to drive with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
YDS is a same-day courier and package-delivery service operating across Fort Lauderdale, Parkland, Pembroke Pines, and the rest of Broward County. We connect customers, businesses, and independent driver partners through our website. We do not handle, sell, or warrant the goods being delivered — we provide the transportation service that moves them.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, list a business, or sign up as a driver. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You may place an order as a guest or through a registered account. You agree to provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, contact information, and an honest description of the package contents. Orders containing prohibited items (see Section 5) may be refused, returned, or cancelled at our discretion.
Prices are quoted at checkout based on distance, service tier (Standard, Express, Rush), package size, and any applicable fees (insurance, extra stops, payment processing). All payments are processed through PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the displayed total.
Account credit may be earned through loyalty rewards, referrals, or refunds. Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire if your account is inactive for 24 months. Promo codes are subject to their stated terms (minimum order, usage limit, expiration date) and may not be combined unless explicitly allowed.
Delivery time estimates are best-effort, not guarantees, unless explicitly stated as a Delivery Guarantee with a stated refund percentage. Weather, traffic, accidents, and other circumstances outside our control may delay deliveries.
Drivers may take a photo at the delivery location as proof of completion. By using our service, you consent to photographs of the delivery location and any package being recorded and stored as part of the order record.
If the recipient is unavailable or refuses delivery, the driver will attempt to contact the customer using the phone number on the order. If we cannot complete the delivery, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense, or held for re-attempt by mutual arrangement.
YDS provides basic care of packages during transport. For high-value items, we offer optional declared-value coverage at checkout. Without declared coverage, our maximum liability for any single delivery is $100 or the actual value of the package, whichever is lower. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery completion. We are not liable for damage to items that were improperly packaged, were already damaged at pickup, or fall under prohibited items.

We reserve the right to refuse any delivery and to report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement.
Drivers who deliver for YDS are independent contractors, not employees. By applying as a driver, you represent that you have a valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, active automobile insurance, and a clean driving record sufficient to pass our screening. You agree to maintain these throughout your time on the platform and to notify us promptly if any change.
Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, fuel, vehicle maintenance, and any traffic citations incurred while delivering. YDS is not your employer and does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
Businesses may purchase a directory listing for $9.99 per year. Listings include business name, description, photos, contact information, and category. We reserve the right to refuse, edit, or remove listings that violate these Terms, are deceptive, or are unlawful. Refunds for directory listings are available only within 7 days of initial payment.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, and forfeiture of any account credit.
All content on this website — including the YDS logo, brand name, software, design, and original text — is the property of Your Delivery Services and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it without our written permission.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the website will be free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, YDS’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we were advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YDS, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the service after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered customers when reasonably possible.
You may close your account at any time from your customer portal. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any reason that puts the safety or integrity of the service at risk. Termination does not waive any obligations that accrued before termination.
